The BM7010 is a strong-in-ground Brake Tester for light vehicles with an axle load up to 3500kg.

The design of the BM7010 is unique in the market place due to being a "split roller bed" system. It is made to a very high standard both in terms of quality and safety. All steel is hot galvanised and the wear surface of rollers is based on mesh steel to ensure long lifetime and accurate measurement.

The Brake Tester features a long range of options which allows for a configuration which can meet most customer's requirements.

The split bed concept has an advantage over a single roller bed concept because it can be installed over an inspection pit. The owner can very easily perform maintenance, as the roller bed can be lifted out of the sub-frames by two people without the use of any tools.

We are also able to offer retrofit frames for the Crypton 660 brake tester and the Kismet 1300 brake tester which eliminates the need for costly civil works.
