ATL Bays
ATL (Automated Test Lane for MOT Testing) is available for all applicants. ATL is the most popular way to conduct MOT's at your site as it only requires one person to operate. The brake tester for ATL bays in our range are pc based with a simple pass/fail evaluation which enables you to store and print test results.

Brake Tester options by BM Autoteknik
BM4010ATL - Class 4 full ATL brake tester. This brake tester is contained in one single bed and is PC based. The PC can be purchased from us with a robust cabinet to house this, or one of our gas and smoke analysers can be linked to the unit which is a popular option as it avoids additional costs.

Four Post Lift options by Stenhoj
4026BS - 4 tonne, class 4 ATL lift with recessed steering turntables and pneumatic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 4260mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
426BL - 4 tonne, class 4 ATL lift with recessed steering turntables and pneumatic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 4680mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
430BL - 4 tonne, class 4/7 ATL Lift with recessed steering turntables and pneumatic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 5350mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
5230-60 - 5.2 tonne, class 4/7 ATL Lift with recessed steering turntables and pneumatic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 6100mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
6530-60 - 6.5 tonne, class 4/7 ATL Lift with recessed steering turntables and pneumatic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 6100mm length platforms and is available in three phase.

GEM4ATL - 4.5 tonne, class 4 ATL Lift with recessed steering turntables and hydraulic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 4500mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
GEM5ATL - 5.0 tonne, class 4/7 ATL Lift with recessed steering turntables and hydraulic play detectors (shaker plates). This lift compromises of 5200mm length platforms and is available in three phase.
Jacking Beam options by Stenhoj
M2964 - 2 tonne, class 4 jacking beam which comes as standard with 2 x 25mm raiser blocks and 2 extension screw type rubber pads. This jacking beam is suitable for the 426B lift and is also available in an air version (M2967)
M2674 - 2.8 tonne, class 4/7 jacking beam which comes as standard with 2 x 25mm raiser blocks and 2 extension screw type rubber pads. This jacking beam is suitable for the 430B AND 530B lifts and is also available in an air version (M2677)
Headlamp aligner option by GEMCO
Litecheck2 - Class 1/2/4/7 headlamp aligner available with or without a laser and a choice of two colours, red or yellow.

Omitec Combined Unit - Available as cabled only and comes with 17'' pc screen, A4 printer, robust cabinet, gas bench and smoke head. 3 year warranty
