The AUTOPSTENHOJ pit play detectors (also known as shaker plates) are an MOT requirement where one man testing (ATL) is being carried out.
These play detectors are for pit installations and are pneumatically operated. This means that unlike some hydraulic versions, the AUTOPSTENHOJ unit is operational on only one side of the pit and the other side is static. On the static side a checker plate is to be fitted and this is also supplied as standard. Operation is carried out with a remote control.
