GEMCO have recently fitted a wide range of equipment at Argos-Sainsbury distribution centre- Kettering Business Park.
This newly developed site for the largely expanding company required a complete workshop fit out within a new building.
2x 13.5 metre pits were installed on site, the first for ATF spec inspection purposes and the second for service.
Oil drainers, drainer alcoves and adjoining access tunnels were included making sure both pits are easily accessible to all staff.
Pit jacks, waste oil removal tanks, play detectors, headlight aligners and a Sherpa BPS 18 Twin Brake Tester were also installed within/alongside the pits.
To ensure the sites oil and air supply runs smoothly two 1350 litre lubrication and one 2000 litre waste bunded oil tanks and HPC compressor were installed. This then feeds to two reel posts from the associated new pipework around the workshop.
Full epoxy resin floor coating was laid across the entire workshop and forklift repair shop, before all walkways, chevrons and fire exits were painted.
We also built an external fully contained and lit truck jet wash bay with all electrics and water supply.
