The Nexion VAS 6359 A is a Volkswagen Group-approved automatic leverless tyre changer for passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles.

Its axial turntable securely clamps the wheel and allows both tyre beads to be broken without removing or turning over the wheel. This supports a faster workflow while reducing unnecessary wheel handling.

The automatic single-arm bead-breaking unit rotates through 180 degrees to provide fast, accurate and repeatable bead breaking on both sides of the tyre. An integrated wheel lift further improves operator comfort when handling larger or heavier wheels.

    Warranty exclusions :

    Accidental damage, vandalism (non-fair wear and tear), acts of nature and unauthorised repairs by non-GEMCO service agents. Package prices are for U.K. Mainland only.

    Consumable items including all plastic protection devices for the turntable, demount head and the bead breaker.
