The Nexion VAS 741 011 is a Volkswagen Group-approved automatic leverless tyre changer developed for passenger car, SUV and light commercial vehicle wheels.

The machine features electronic rim-diameter preselection and automatic positioning of the mounting and demounting tools and bead-breaking discs. Its axial turntable provides fast and secure wheel clamping while allowing both tyre beads to be broken without turning the wheel over.

An integrated pneumatic wheel lift supports ergonomic wheel loading, while the adjustable bead presser assists with more demanding tyre profiles, including Run-Flat tyres.

    Warranty exclusions :
