The Nexion VAS 741 085 is a Volkswagen Group-approved automatic tyre changer with a pneumatically operated tilting column.

Its self-centring turntable uses two pneumatic cylinders to clamp different wheel types securely. Taller cast clamps improve grip when clamping rims from either the inside or outside.

Simultaneous locking of the horizontal and vertical arms automatically positions the mounting head at the correct working distance. The multifunction bead-pressing system assists with demanding tyre profiles, making mounting and demounting faster, safer and more controlled.
