The SICE S1000 EVO is a BMW-approved, highly automatic “Leverless-Contactless” tyre changer designed for the safe and efficient handling of premium wheel and tyre assemblies, including UHP and Run-Flat tyres.
Using the touchscreen control panel, the operator can preselect the rim diameter for automatic positioning of the mounting and demounting tools and bead-breaking discs. Its advanced contactless technology prevents the working tools from touching the rim, helping protect alloy, chrome-plated and painted wheels from scratches or marks.
The synchronised movement of the wheel and working tools significantly reduces stress on the tyre during operation. Automatic demounting further simplifies the process, while allowing the operator to monitor and intervene whenever required. Special attention is also given to protecting TPMS valve sensors throughout the tyre-changing process.
