The TTC/700 is a 24” tyre changer that incorporates many patented features, making it a high-performance tabletop tyre changer. The side-mounted assist arms are a patented bead lifting/pressing device to assist the operator, particularly on problematic low-profile or run-flat tyres. Specifically designed for the TTC/725 range of equipment, these assist arms are a three-stage system. A lower bead dish allows the lower bead to be lifted pneumatically and safely when the bead becomes stuck on the rim edge; this system eliminates the need for the technician to use the tyre lever to release a stuck bead, which can be unsafe. The upper bead roller allows for the correct placement of the bead whilst the 3rd arm press moves around with the tyre, allowing the technician to have a hands-off approach. There are several different parts to the assist arms to help with the following:

• A helical device applied to the rotating arm is fitted with a pad, which allows the operator to push the tyre’s bead into the wheel well without stressing the bead.

• Pneumatic wheel press cone for centring alloy wheel on the table.

• The top roller assists in bead lubrication.

• Rotating arm eases pressure on the bead during fitting.

• Lower disc tyre bead removal.
