GEMCO have recently completed the installation of a 13m ATF Pit into Volvo Ayr. The lane was completed by our Construction team that installed the pit, Sherpa BPS TWIN 18 commercial brake tester with tachograph calibration facility, Sherpa AST20 Play Detectors, PLA25 headlight tester and additional testing accessories.

GEMCO have recently completed an install at Euro Recovery, Dumfries for a Bradbury H2403HG 4 Tonne Two Post Lift and Bradbury H2603HG 6 Tonne Two Post Lift.

In February GEMCO completed the installation of a Sherpa BPS Twin brake tester to Truck Tek in Ashbourne Derbyshire. Having sold the Brake Tester to Truck Tek, their old unit was removed and this model then installed and ready for testing just 12 days later!

Nissan Wessex GEMCO have completed installation of a wide range of workshop equipment for Nissan Wessex. Autop lifts, Bespoke Dura Workshop Cabinets, Oil and Air systems along with a Stenhøj four post MOT/ATL Lift.  

Volvo Truck & Bus Felixstowe Works included the design, supply and installation of a new 13m ATF facility, extensive parts store area complete with pallet racking, the installation of a 20m service pit complete, and the construction of a new washbay with galvanised ramps, steam cleaner and new external interceptor.
